Pinkalicious Lollicakes

My granddaughter, Kailyn, loves the book Pinkalicious! She can pretty much recite it to you when it is being read to her. She loves pink-pink-pink so I decided to make her some Pinkalicious Lollicakes! I did them so that they have a pink cherry cake as the cake truffle.
