Love the new Cupcake Bites from Bakerella!

The original cupcake pops that Bakerella demonstrated on Martha Stewart were FABULOUS but oh so time consuming to make...no problem, Bakerella has come up with an easier way to make them. Check out her site at Bakerella.com for directions. She is showing them as cupcake bites using a candy mold. I took it a step further and figured out a way to still make them a cupcake pop without expending too much energy...they are FAB! And yes, Jody, I will be making them for Brian & Bethany's wedding in August...

You must share how you use the candy mold and still use the lollipop stick! I have to know!

Anonymous - There are two ways to do this. I am attaching a cookbook I made for myself with the instructions on one way (the EASY way). http://createmycookbook.com/store/show/70_88_1215042169

If you don't want to buy a Dremel drill, you can also use a turkey skewer and a candle. Heat the skewer and then make a hole in the chocolate big enough for the stick. Dip the stick in the melts used for the top in order to prevent the stick from falling out.

The Dremel drill is so simple to use...they are not expensive - I bought mine at Walmart.

Good Luck!
