Wedding Lollicakes

I just finished creating 250 lollicakes for my son-in-law's friend who is getting married next week. As you can see her colors are red, white and black...I did red velvet and carrot cake. It ended up taking maybe ten hours -not too bad since I did it in shifts. So now I need to pack them up for their trip to Utah...lucky for all of us that they are going by car versus overnight mail -I can't even imagine what that would cost!!!
